红蓝光照射联合中药湿敷治疗面部痤疮临床疗效观察

目的观察红蓝光照射联合中药湿敷治疗面部中、重度痤疮临床疗效。方法试验组采用欧美娜红蓝光治疗仪进行治疗,每周2次,4周为1个疗程;治疗结束后,嘱患者用中药煎水进行湿敷,每次15~20 min,每周2次,4周为1个疗程。对照组仅采用红蓝光照射治疗。观察两组患者治疗前、后痤疮皮损改善情况。结果试验组和对照组治疗后第4周有效率分别为96%和60%,试验组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论红蓝光照射联合中药湿敷治疗面部中、重度痤疮有较好疗效。

Clinical effect of Chinese medicine wet packing and red and blue lights on moderate to severe acne

Objective To observe the curative effect of combined therapy of Chinese medicine wet packing and red and blue lights for moderate to severe acne. Methods 200 patients were divided randomly into treatment and control group. The treatment group accepted the therapy of red and blue lights, twice a week, 4 weeks for a period of treatment. After the treatment, we are instruct patients with Chinese medicine decoction in water wet apply, twice a week, and 4 weeks for a period of treatment. The control group were treated only with red and blue lights. Results After four weeks treatment, 200 patients came back to the hospital for observe effect, while total effective rate were 96% and 60% respectively. The effective rate of the treatment group was much higher than that the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Chinese traditional medicine wet packing combined red and blue light therapy, the moderate to severe acne has a good curative effect.
