| 摘 要： | 目的：初步探讨内蒙古地区跆拳道运动员的体型特点。方法：Heath-Carter体型法。结果：内蒙古地区跆拳道运动员男性体型均值为2．3—4．9—2．7，属均衡的中胚层体型，女性体型均值为3．5—3．8—2．6，属内中胚层均衡体型。结论：跆拳道运动员体型与非运动员相比男女均为匀称、健壮、身材适中的体型。

| Abstract: | Object: To study somatic characteristics of Taekwondo athletes. Methods: A total of 64 Taekwondo athletes was examined by Heath-Carter somatotyping method. Results: Mean somatotypes of males was balanced mesomorphy category(2.3-4.9-2.7), that of females was meso.-endo. category(3.5-3.8-2.6). Conclusion: Somatotypes of Taekwondo athletes showed stronger, more well-proportioned and more moderate than nonathletes. |
