冬感外邪致病与上呼吸道微生态相关性的初步研究

摘    要:目的:分析冬季中医时令外邪与空气微生物、上呼吸道微生态之间的相关性。方法:选取冬季急性上呼吸道感染患者61例为研究对象,其中风寒型(31例)、风热型(30例)并与31例健康人对照,检测口咽部微生态状况,同时对空气中的微生物状况进行监测。结果:1.空气中微生物状况受时令温度、湿度、风力、日照、降水量等因素的影响而发生相应的变化。2.冬季急性上呼吸道感染患者上呼吸道菌群密集度显著增高;菌群多样性显著降低。3.冬季急性上呼吸道感染患者风热型组和风寒型组之间存在不同的上呼吸道菌群紊乱。结论:冬季中医时令外邪致病与空气微生物、上呼吸道微生态之间存在一定相关性。

Abstract:Objective:to analyze the relationships among the seasonal evils in winter,air microbe and the microbe of upper respiratory tract.Methods:Select the acute upper respiratory infectious patients totally 61 as disease group,divided them into two groups named wind-heat type(30)and wind-cold type(31).Examine their upper respiratory micro-ecology and set up 31 healthy persons as contrast group.Examine the air microbe.Results:1.The air microbe content is changing with seasonal temperature,humidity,wind speed,Sunshine time,and rainfall.2.The total upper respiratory flora density of the acute upper respiratory infectious patients increases dramatically.However,their flora diversity decrease strikingly.3.Wind-heat type and wind-cold type have the different respiratory tract flora disorders.Conclusions:The seasonal evils in winter and air microbe are relerant to the microbe of upper respiratory tract.
