| 摘 要： | 视网膜色素变性并发、继发及伴有症的发生率,国内外文献报道颇不一致。本文对97例日本籍视网膜色素变性并发等症的统计结果,其总发生率为98.97％,其中并发性白内障为81.4％,继发性视神经萎缩为64.9％,玻璃体混浊为20.6％,屈光不正为49.5％,色觉障碍为4.12％,未见伴发青光眼者。且并发等症多发生于年龄30岁以上及病程20年以内的患者,而在性别之间无明显差异。

| Abstract: | The statistic data showed that of all 97 cases of pigmentary degeneration of retina from Japan the incidence rate of complicated disease, secondary disease and concomitant symptom was 98.97%, including 81.4% for complicated cataract, 64.9% for secondary optic atrophy, 20.6% for vitreous opacity, 49:5% for ametropia and 4.12% for dyschromatopsia.Concomitant glaucoma was not found in these cases.Complicated disease, secondary disease and concomitant symptom mainly occured among those who were over 30 years old and had a duration of illness less than 20 years.There was no difference between the sexes. |
