睑缘缩短法治疗睑袋切除术后致睑外翻畸形

目的 探讨睑缘缩短术对睑袋切除术后致睑外翻畸形的治疗效果。方法 应用睑缘楔形切除术、睑缘劈开楔形切除术和不对等睑缘楔形切除术，使睑缘缩短而矫正睑外翻畸形15例(18只眼)。结果 15例患者中13例(15只眼)术后7天睑外翻矫正，2例(3只眼)术后7天时仍有轻度睑球分离，经过物理治疗1个月后基本恢复。结论 睑缘缩短术是一种手术简单、损伤小、恢复时间短的睑外翻矫正方法，值得推广。

The treatment of ectropion following lower eyelid blepharoplasty with the shortening of the palpebral margin

Objective To investigate the effects of the treatment of ectropion following lower eyelid blepharoplasty with the shortening of the palpebral margin. Methods Fifteen cases (18 eyes) suffered from ectropion after lower eyelid blepharoplasty were repaired with wedged excision of the palpebral margin, split open and wedged excision of the palpebral margin and asymmetrical wedged excision of the palpebral margin. Results 13/15 cases of the ectropion were repaired and corrected at 7 days post-operation. There was slight margin deformity in another two cases at 7 days post-operation which recovered after one month with physical treatment. Conclusion The shortening of the palpebral margin is an effective and recommendable method for repairing ectropion following lower eyelid blepharoplasty due to its simple technique, mildness of traumatizing and short time of recovering.
