摘    要:目的:比较荧光原位杂交(fluorescence insitu hybridization,FISH)和免疫组织化学在检测间变性大细胞淋巴瘤(anaplasticlargecelllymphoma,ALCL)中间变性淋巴瘤激酶(anaplasticlymphomakinase,ALK)基因转位及其融合蛋白中的作用。方法:采用双色FISH和免疫组织化学检测30例石蜡包埋ALCL病例中ALK基因转位及其融合蛋白。结果:FISH和免疫组织化学分别在60.7%(17/28)、71.4%(20/28)系统性ALCL中检测到ALK基因转位或融合蛋白,在2例皮肤原发ALCL中均未检测到基因转位或融合蛋白。结论:在检测ALCL中有无ALK基因转位时,ALK蛋白免疫组化由于其简单、快捷、价廉成为一般情况下的首选方法;在具备FISH条件时,由于其准确性也可以将检测ALK基因转位作为首选。

Abstract:Objective:To compare the value of fluorescence insitu hybridization(FISH)with that of immunohistoche- mistry in detecting ALK gene translocations and ALK fusion protein in anaplastic large cell lymphoma(ALCL).Method:Dual- color FISH and ALK-1 immunohistochemistry were used to detect ALK gene translocation and ALK fusionproteln in 30 ALCL cases.Results:ALK gene translocations and ALK fusion protein expression were detected in 17 or 20 of the 28 systemic ALCL; it was not detected in 2 primary cutaneous ALCL.C...
