噻吗洛尔与卡替洛尔治疗原发性开角型青光眼的效果及安全性分析

目的观察噻吗洛尔与卡替洛尔治疗原发性开角型青光眼的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2010年8月至2011年7月成都市龙泉驿区第一人民医院眼科收治的原发性开角型青光眼患者90例,依据用药方案不同分为三组:每组30例,A组采用噻吗洛尔治疗、B组采用卡替洛尔治疗,C组采用噻吗洛尔联合卡替洛尔治疗,比较三组患者的临床疗效及不良反应。结果三组患者经过6个月治疗后,其眼压较治疗前均有显著下降(P<0.05),但C组患者眼压下降的程度显著高于A、B两组(P<0.05);C组患者眼压达目标值率显著高于A组和B组(P<0.05);C组患者的达标平均时间显著低于A组和B组(P<0.05)。结论噻吗洛尔和卡替洛尔在一定的治疗时间内均能有效控制原发性青光眼患者的眼压,但两者联用在改善患者眼压的效率方面较单用有明显优势,且药物不良反应并未因为联合用药而增加。

Analysis on Efficacy and Safety of Timolol and Carteolol Treatment of Primary Open-angle Glaucoma

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of timolol and carteolol treatment of primary open-angle glaucoma. Methods A total of 90 cases of primary open-angle glaucoma admitted by Longquanyi District First People＇s Hospital from Aug. 2010 to Jul. 2011 were included, and were randomly divided into three groups according to random-number table method ： n = 30, group A was treated with timolol, group B was treated with carteolol, group C were treated with timolol combined with carteolol, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the three groups were compared. Results After 6 months of treatment, the ntraocular pressure of all three group were significantly reduced than before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; IOP of group C was was more significantly decreased than group A and B （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; average reaching standard rate of group C was significantly better than the group A and group B （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the average standard compliance time of group C was significantly lower than group A and group B （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Either timolol or carteolol can effectively control intraocular pressure in primary glaucoma patients, but the combination is superior to single use of either in the efficiency of lOP improvement, while the adverse reactions do not increase due to the combination.
