心理社会因素对994名士兵心理健康状况的影响的研究

目的：调查心理社会因素对士兵心理健康状况的影响。方法：用艾森克个性问卷（EPQ）、症状自评（SCL-90）、自我修订的团体心理社会应激（PSSG）、Wallace自我概念（WSCS）、一般自我效能感（GSES）、自尊（SES）、社会支持（SSRS）量表测量某战区6个兵种的士兵。结果：1．SCL-90量表躯体化、精神病性等11个项目较全国常模均显著增高；较全军常模躯体化、强迫、阳性项目数增高；而抑郁、人际敏感、恐怖降低。2．相关分析显示，SCL-90总分与神经质、消极情绪体验、精神质、消极应对方式、生活事件呈显著正相关，与自我概念、积极情绪体验、内外向性、积极应对等成显著负相关。3．Logistic回归显示影响心理健康的主要因素有神经质、积极应对、一般自我概念、消极应对、主观社会支持、一般自我效能感、积极情绪体验。结论：士兵总体心理健康状况良好，但存在一定的问题。士兵入伍严格的人格特征的筛选，入伍后加强对自我、环境、生活事件的认知教育，悦纳积极的情绪体验，培养积极的应对方式，引导个体感受和有效利用社会支持，增强自信，均有利于士兵的健康和发展。

The effect of sychological and social factors on 994 soldiers mental health

Objective:To investigate military personnel's mental health state and its related factors.Methods:A series of questionnaires such as SCL-90,EPQ,PSSG,WSCS,GSES,SES,SSRS were examined in total servicemen.Results: 1.The total score,the factorial scores and the number of positive items were all significantly higher than the national norm.The number of positive items and two factorial scores including somatization,obsession were obviously higher than the Chinese servicemen norm,but the scores of two factor including interpersonal sensitivity,depression was lower than the norm.2.The general score of SCL-90 were significantly correlated with introversion,neuroticism,life event,etc.3.Logistic regressive analysis showed that the mainly related factors of mental health were neuroticism,positive copying,self-concept,negative copying,etc.Conclusions: There were some psychological problems in soldiers.Good personality,objective cognition,positive copy style,effective support and improving self-confidence are all beneficial for the mental health of soldier.
