| 摘 要： | 用矽肺兔模型，在活体实行全肺灌洗治疗，观察灌洗组与非灌洗组之间，各不同灌洗组之间的疗效。经对洗出液成份检查，血清生化指标及肺部病理改变进行综合评价。结论是全部灌洗组均比非灌洗组好，各灌洗组之间以９１５组疗效最好。

| Abstract: | Whole lung perfusions on silicotic rabbits were carried out in vivo to evaluate the therapeutic effect between the perfused groups and the non perfused group,and among various groups with different perfusates The composition of the perfusates were measured,and the serum biochemical indices and pulmonary pathological changes were comprehensively evaluated The results showed that the therapeutic effect of the perfused groups appeared to be better than that of the non perfused groups,and the perfusate 915 seemed to be the best among all perfusates |
