赴川抗震救灾官兵睡眠质量及情绪状态的调查

目的了解赴川抗震救灾部队官兵的睡眠质量及情绪状态，探讨官兵在执行特殊任务时改善其身心健康的对策，以减少非战斗减员。方法采用随机整群抽样法，选择驻滇某炮兵旅250名官兵，应用匹茨堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）、Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）及抑郁自评量表（SDS）进行测评。结果受测官兵PSQI总分为（7．67±4．21）分，21．3％的官兵睡眠质量较差；睡眠问题主要表现在入睡时间、主观睡眠质量、日间功能障碍等3个项目；26．5％的官兵有焦虑情绪，13．2％的官兵有抑郁情绪，15．9％的官兵焦虑、抑郁情绪并存；SAS总分值明显高于国内常模（P〈0．01），SDS总分值高于国内常模（P〈0．05）；PSQ1总分与SAS、SDS得分呈正相关，相关系数分别为0．45和0．39。结论应对抗震救灾官兵存在的睡眠问题、焦虑和抑郁情绪给予足够的重视；同时应采取有针对性的措施调整及改善官兵的睡眠质量及心理健康水平，以提高部队战斗力。

Sleep Quality and Mental Health Research of Officers and Soldiers in Sichuan Earthquake

Obsjective To observe the sleep problem and mental health of 238 officers and soldiers in Sichuan earthquake, and to research the methods for improving physical and mental health. Methods Two hunderds and fifty artillery officers and soldiers stationed in Yunnan were chosen randomly,and their PSQI,SAS and SDS were evaluated. Results PSQI was 7.67±4.21.21.3% of them had poor sleep, exactly in sleep time, subjective sleep quality and daytime functional disturbance;26.5% had anxiety; 13.2% had depression; and 15.9% had both anxiety and depression. The SAS score was higher than internal average levels as well as SDS score（ P 〈0.05）. PSQI score was positively correlated with SAS and SDS,and the coefficient correlation was 0.45 and 0. 39 respectively. Conclusion We should pay more attention to sleep problems,anxiety and depression of soldiers in Sichuan earthquake, and adopt effective measures to improve the sleep quality and physical mental health.
