| 摘 要： | 目的 了解海南省部分市县人体肠道寄生虫感染基线情况，为今后制定寄生虫病防治对策和开展防治工作提供科学依据。方法 参照1989年全国人体寄生虫分布调查实施细则则执行。结果 全省有9个市县进行了肠道寄生虫感染的基线调查，共检查了4460人，查出感染者3201人，总感染率71．77％，感染范围32．27％—90．77％。结论 我省肠道寄生虫感染仍居高不下，应引起各级政府和有关部门足够的重视，把肠道寄生虫病列为我省优先防治的病种之一，进一步加大防治力度，力争使我省人群寄生虫感染率有明显的下降。

| Abstract: | Objective: To realize the endemic situation and character of human intestinal parasite diseases in some counties,Hainan Province.Methods: The unified scheme formulated by the nationwide human parasite investigation program.Results: a total of 4460 persouns were examined,with the total infection rate of 71.77%. The infection rateof Enterobius vermicularis,Hookworm,Ascaris lumbricoides and Trichuris trichiura was 43.76%,46.82%,30.65% and 38.06%, respectively.Conclusion:The infection rate of human intestinal parasites has dropped slightly,human intestinal parasite diseases still are one of main diseases in Hainan Province. |
