| 摘 要： | 目的对中医色诊三原色(青、赤、黄)的主生主死特性的样品进行反射光谱分析,探讨其生死色的特异性差别,以促进中医色诊的客观化、系统化发展。方法实验中以翠羽、草兹、鸡冠、衃血、蟹腹、枳实,以及正常人群的鼻准与额头进行反射光谱分析,也是应用光谱的方法进行色的记录,并对其基本特性进行分析。结果分析结果显示,主生的青(翠羽)、赤(鸡冠)、黄(蟹腹)3个光谱分析体现出反射色谱波峰单一,体现了其色的鲜艳性;而主死的青(草兹)、赤(衃血)、黄(枳实)3个光谱分析体现出其反射色谱由多重色组成,也就是以复合色为主,表现了色的晦暗;正常人群的色则在一定程度上显示了红黄微隐与气血的充盈。结论本研究表明,对记录的中医色诊结果的正确分析,明确色的鲜艳性或晦暗性可以反映生死色的差异性,将有助于中医色诊的客观化发展。
