| 摘 要： | 循证模式是卫生政策研究和卫生政策制定的趋势,系统综述是卫生循证决策的重要方法和工具,综述问题的界定是系统综述整个过程的基础和关键.问题的类型和内容不仅决定了系统综述后续技术步骤的设计,也对综述结论被决策者的采纳和应用有重要影响.卫生政策系统综述方法仍处于探索发展阶段,应在学习循证医学中问题类型和界定方法的基础上,结合卫生政策的特点,探讨卫生政策系统综述中问题的类型和界定方法.
