| 摘 要： | 采用同种内耳抗原免疫豚鼠，６周后免疫组动物５０耳有３３耳（６６％）出现单侧或双侧感音神经性聋。内耳火棉胶切片，酶组织化学，免疫组织化学和透射电镜以及体液免疫反应等观察，确认为免疫反应引起的感音神经性聋。结合实验结果对本病病理特征和可能发病机理进行了讨论
