| 摘 要： | 目的:评价尘螨变应原疫苗皮下注射治疗过敏性哮喘的疗效。方法:对94例室尘螨和(或)粉尘螨过敏性哮喘患者皮下注射阿罗格(NHD)尘螨特制疫苗作脱敏治疗,比较脱敏前后患者第一秒钟用力呼气量(FEV1)、最大呼气流量(PEF)、血嗜酸性粒细胞、痰液嗜酸性粒细胞、血清总IgE值。结果:经尘螨变应原疫苗皮下注射后,FEV1、PEF’比治疗前增加(P<0.05),而血液、痰液嗜酸性粒细胞及血浆总IgE较治疗前下降(P<0.05)。结论:尘螨变应原疫苗皮下注射治疗过敏性哮喘显著改善哮喘患者的肺功能。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the efficacy in the treatment of allergic asthma by using subcutaneous injection of dust mite allergen vaccine. Methods: Desensitization treatment in 94 patients with allergic asthma caused by flour mites and/or house dust mites were injected subcutaneousty with Novo-Helisen Depot (NHD). Forced expiratory volume (FEV1), peak expiratory flow (PEF), eosinophils (EOS) in bbod and sputum, and the total plasma IgE value were compared before and after the desensitization treatment. Results; After the subcutaneous injection of dust mite allergen vaccine, FEV1 and PEF were higher than the pretreatment (P <0.05), but the values of EOS in blood and sputum, and total plasma IgE were lower than the pretreatment (P <0.05). Conclusion: The subcutaneous injection of dust mite allergen vaccine can significantly improve the lung function in patients with allergic asthma. |
