宫腹腔镜联合中医药治疗输卵管性不孕疗效分析

摘    要:目的:观察宫腹腔镜联合中医药治疗输卵管性不孕患者的疗效。方法:将60例输卵管性不孕患者,根据中药治疗方式的不同,分为单纯中药组、中药+外敷组、中药+保留灌肠组,每组于宫腹腔镜术后联合中药治疗,3个月为1个疗程,最长者治疗4个疗程。结果:观察1年后,妊娠31例,总妊娠率51.67%,其中单纯中药组妊娠率30.00%,中药+外敷组妊娠率60.00%,中药+保留灌肠组妊娠率65.00%。结论:宫腹腔镜联合中医药治疗输卵管性不孕疗效显著,外治法联合口服中药能明显提高疗效。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the TCM treatment on women in oviduct obstructive infertility performed by laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy.Methods:60 patients were assigned to three groups-standard TCM group,external application plus TCM group,and herb retention-enema plus TCM group-according to the forms of TCM administration.TCM treatment was given to every group after laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy.The longest treatment lasts for 4 courses and 3 months is made up of a course.Results:The patients followed up for 1 year.The number of delivery is 31 case,the delivery rate is 51.67%.The delivery rate of standard TCM group,external application plus TCM group and herb retention-enema plus TCM is 30.00%,60.00%,65.00%.Conclusion:The clinical effect of the TCM treatment on women in oviduct obstructive infertility performed by laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy could get satisfied results.External treatment combined with TCM can obviously increase the efficiency of treatment.
