溃康速溶贴膜治疗口腔溃疡的实验研究

目的观察溃康速溶贴膜治疗口腔溃疡的主要药理作用。方法采用临床常见病原菌进行溃康速溶贴膜体外抑菌试验;采用小鼠腹腔注射醋酸,观察溃康速溶贴膜对毛细血管通透性的作用;用二甲苯使小鼠耳廓肿胀,观察抗肿胀作用;采取家兔口唇黏膜涂抹冰醋酸溶液,家兔口腔黏膜烧灼后接种表皮葡萄球菌的方法 ,造成家兔口腔溃疡模型Ⅰ和模型Ⅱ,观察对口腔溃疡愈合的作用;用小鼠醋酸致痛扭体实验观察镇痛作用。结果溃康速溶贴膜能有效抑制体外病原菌,显著抑制小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性;缓解二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀;促进家兔口腔溃疡愈合;能减少对醋酸引起腹痛小鼠扭体反应的次数。结论溃康速溶贴膜具有抑菌、杀菌、镇痛、抗肿胀及促使口腔溃疡愈合等作用。

Studies on the Curative Effects of Kuikang Water Soluble Film on Mouth Ulcer

Objective To observe the curative effects of kuikang water soluble film on mouth ulcer.Methods The inhibition tests of kuikang water soluble film against clinical pathogenic bacteria were carried out in vitro.The mice were injected intraperitoneally with acetic acid to observe the kuikang water soluble film effect on the permeability of capillary vessels.The ear edema modle of mouse was established by using xylene which was used to study on kuikang water soluble film effect of anti-edema.The rabbit mouth ulcer model Ⅰ and modle Ⅱ were set up by smearing acetic acid solution onto lips,then the rabbit lips were inoculated Staphylococcus epidermidis as well as pain in mice induced by acetic acid writhing test analgesic effect observed.Results Kuikang water soluble film could effective inhibit the growing of pathogenic bacteria in vitro and inhibit the permeability of capillary vessels of mice.It could notability restrain the ear edema in mice,accelerate rabbit’s mouth ulcer healing and reduce the pain caused by acetic acid writhing response times.Conclusion Kuikang water soluble film should be good in restraining bacterium,easing pain,anti-edema and improving mouth ulcer.
