| 摘 要： | 目的:观察前列舒通胶囊对慢性前列腺炎(chronic prostatitis,CP)模型大鼠前列腺组织中IL-10及TNF-α含量变化的影响,探讨前列舒通胶囊对慢性前列腺炎的保护机制。方法:采用前列腺内注射消痔灵方法复制慢性前列腺模型,将30只成年雄性Sprague-Darley大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组和前列舒通胶囊治疗组,给药28天后处死大鼠取前列腺组织,采用ELISA法和半定量RT-PCR法检测各组前列腺组织中IL-10和TNF-α表达的变化。结果:与模型组相比,前列舒通胶囊治疗组前列腺组织中IL-10的表达水平明显增高,TNF-α的表达水平明显下调。结论:前列舒通胶囊对慢性前列腺炎大鼠的治疗作用,其作用机制可能与上调IL-10,降低TNF-α的表达有关。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the effects of Qianlie Shutong Capsule on the expression of IL-10 and TNF-a on the prostates of rats. Methods：The animal model of chronic prostates （CP） was made by injecting Xiaozhiling into the rat＇s prostate gland. 30 male adult Sprague-Dawley rats were randomLy divided into 3 groups：sham-operation group,model group and Qianlie Shutong Cap- sule treatment group. After 28 days the rats were killed to detect the expression of IL-10 and TNF-a in prostatic tissue by ELISA and RT-PCR. Results：Compared with the model group, the expression of IL-10 was increased, the expression of TNF-α was de- creased significantly in Qianlie Shutong Capsule treatment group. Conclusion ： The mechanism of Qianlie Shutong Capsule in trea- ting chronic prostatitis is related to both the increase of IL-10 and the decrease of TNF-α. |
