摘    要:目的:建立榆黄酊剂中大黄素、大黄酚的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)法,色谱柱为Alltima C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(78:22);流速为1.0mL·min-1;柱温35℃,进样量10μL。结果:大黄素在0.059~0.588μg/mL内峰面积积分值与进样量自然对数有良好的线性关系线,r=0.999 9;平均加样回收率为98.1%,RSD为1.25%,大黄酚在0.210~2.10μg/mL内峰面积积分值与进样量有良好的线性关系线,r=0.999 9;平均加样回收率为97.7%,RSD为1.27%。结论:该方法操作简单,准确,重复性好,可用于榆黄酊剂的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective : To determine astragaloside in Yu huang Tincture. Methods. The sanmple will determined on a Alltima C18 (4.6nm × 250ram, 5μm) by HPLC, the mobile phase consisted methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(13:87)with flower rate at 1.0 mL·min^-1 and column temperature at 35℃, and injection voulm was 10μL. Results:The linear ranges of emodin was 0. 059- 0. 588μg/mL(r= 0. 999 9) ,with the average recovery were 98.1% (RSD1.25%), The linear ranges of chrysophanol was 0. 210-2.10ffg/mL(r = 0. 999 9),with the average recovery were 97.7% (RSD1.27%). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and it can be used for the quality control of Yu huang Tincture.
