摘    要:血红素加氧酶(HO)是一种降解血红素的限速酶,血红素加氧酶1(HO-1)是HO的诱导亚型,与多种疾病的发生发展有着密切关系,目前成为诸多医学研究领域的热点.HO-1是机体重要的内源性保护系统,多种理化因素通过不同的细胞内信号转导通路诱导HO-1表达,这些信号通路包括丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPKs)、磷脂酰肌醇3激酶(PI3K/AKT)途径、JAK/STAT途径及蛋白激酶类途径.

Abstract:Heme oxygenase(HO)is the intracellular rate-limiting enzyme that degrades heme.Heme oxygenase 1(HO-1),the inducible isoform of heme oxygenase,plays an important role in many disease and has been a focus in many medical fields.It’s the major endogenous protective system in organism.Many physical and chemical factors induce HO-1 expression by various intracellular signal transduction pathways,such as mitogen activated protein kinase(MAPKs),phosphatidyli-nositol3Kinase,(PI3K/AKT),Janus protein tyrosine kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcrip tion,STAT(JAK/STAT)and protein kinases signal transduction pathways.
