摘    要:目的:研究板蓝根的抗炎作用及分子机制。方法:以LPS刺激RAW 264.7细胞,用板蓝根提取物进行干预,测定NO和TNF-α含量,Western blot法检测iNOS和COX-2蛋白表达水平。结果:板蓝根在12.5~100μg.mL-1浓度范围内可明显抑制RAW 264.7细胞释放TNF-α及NO,并可显著抑制iNOS蛋白表达。结论:板蓝根通过下调iNOS蛋白表达,抑制炎症介质TNF-α及NO而发挥抗炎作用。

Abstract:Objective:To study the anti-inflammatory mechanism of Isatis tinctoria. Methods:RAW 264.7 cells were stimulated by LPS and treated with Isatis tinctoria extract. NO and TNF-α levels in supernatant were detected, and the expression of iNOS and COX-2 were evaluated by Western blot. Results:Isatis tinctoria strongly inhibited the production of NO, TNF-α, and the expression of iNOS. Conclusion : Isatis tinctoria exert anti-inflammatory effect through iNOS pathway.
