复方桑黄颗粒中总多糖提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的:筛选复方颗粒剂中总多糖的最佳提取工艺。方法:以总多糖提取率及浸膏得率为综合指标,采用正交试验对复方桑黄颗粒中总多糖的水提取工艺进行优选。结果:最佳提取工艺为:料液比1∶8,浸提温度90℃,浸提1.5h,浸提3次。结论:该提取工艺稳定可行。

Abstract:Objective:To screen the optimal extraction process of total polysaccharide for compound Granules. Methods:Water ex- traction process of total polysaecharide for compound sanghuang granules was optimized by orthogonal design, total polysaccharide extract and extract yield as the composite indicator. Results:The optimum extraction technology was adding 8-fold water, extrac- ting 3 times with I. 5 h for each time,extraction temperature at 90℃. Conclusion : The extraction process is stable and suitable for industrial production.
