立普妥和国产阿托伐他汀对ACS患者炎症因子的影响分析

目的:探讨立普妥和国产阿托伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血浆炎症因子的影响。方法:将70例ACS患者随机均分为立普妥组和国产阿托伐他汀组。立普妥组于常规治疗基础上加服立普妥20mg.d-1,连用18周。国产阿托伐他汀组于常规治疗基础上加服国产阿托伐他汀20mg.d-1,连用18周。两组均于治疗前和治疗后测定血浆C反应蛋白(CRP)和白细胞介素IL-6浓度。结果:两组患者治疗18周后,患者血浆CRP和IL-6水平均较治疗前明显下降(立普妥组P=<0.01;国产阿托伐他汀组P=<0.05)。且治疗后患者血浆CRP和IL-6水平,立普妥组与国产阿托伐他汀组相比下降更为明显(P=<0.05)。结论:立普妥和国产阿托伐他汀对ACS患者都具有抗炎作用,能改善血管内斑块的炎症反应,稳定斑块,而立普妥的抗炎效果更佳。

Effects of Liptor versus Atorvastatin on Plasma Levels of CRP and IL-6 in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

Objective：To determine the effects of Liptor versus Atorvastatin on plasma levels of C-reactive protein（CRP） and Interleukin-6（IL-6） in patients with acute coronary syndrome.Methods：seventy patients with ACS were randomly assigned into two groups： the liptor group were given 20mg/d liptor besides of routine treatment,the Atorvastatin group were given 20mg/d atorvastatin made in China besides of routine treatment for 18 weeks.Before and after the treatment,the plasma levels of CRP and IL-6 were detected.Results：After 18 weeks treatment,the plasma levels of CRP and IL-6 were reduced significantly in liptor group（P〈0.01） and atorvastatin group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the plasma levels of CRP and IL-6 in liptor group were significantly lower than atorvastatin group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Liptor and atorvastatin made in China have anti-inflammatory effect on the ACS and can improve blood vessel plaque inflammation.And the anti-inflammatory effect of liptor is better.
