呼吸道合胞病毒毛细支气管炎的T淋巴细胞亚群检测与临床观察

本文对呼吸道合胞病毒（RSV）重症毛细支气管炎（毛支）患儿70例及38例正常儿应用单克隆抗体进行外周血T淋巴细胞亚群检测，显示了急性期CD_3，CD_4、CD_8细胞均明显低于正常儿，CD_4/CD_8比值增高，恢复期CD_4细胞明显增多，CD_3、CD_8细胞呈升高趋势，推测RSV感染有细胞免疫受损，T细胞免疫功能低下和CD_8细胞缺陷是发生喘鸣的机制。本文还探讨了年龄、喘憋程度和临床特点，为被动免疫疗法提供了依据。

CLINICAL OBSERVATION AND DETERMINATION OF T -LYMPHOCYTE SUBGROUPSIN PATIENTS WITH RSV BRONCHIOLITIS

The subgroups of peripheral blood T - cells were determined in 70 pediatric patients with severe respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) bronchiolitis and in 38 healthy children using monoclonal antibodies, The results showed that in acute stage, CD3, CD4, CD8 cells of the patients were markedly decreased with a high CD4/CD8 ratio, and in convalescent stage, CD4 was significantly elevated, CD3, Cd8 being on increase. It is thought that infection may impact cellular immunity, and the depression of T - cell functions and deficiency of CDg cells are responsible for the development of stridor, which provides a basis for passive immunotherapy. The age of patients, severity of dyspnea and other clinical characteristics are discussed.
