帕瑞昔布与氟比洛芬酯预防喉罩全麻术后不良反应的观察

目的对比研究帕瑞昔布和氟比洛芬酯预防喉罩全麻术后咽痛、躁动等不良反应。方法采用双盲、随机对照试验设计。选择76例骨科择期手术患者，随机分为3组，A组为对照组，患者25例，于诱导前给予生理盐水5mL静推；B组患者27例，于诱导前氟比洛芬酯1mg·kg-1静推；C组患者24例，于诱导前帕瑞昔布40mg静推。比较各组间上述时间点（T0、T1、T2）的MAP、HR波动情况及术后咽痛、躁动等不良反应的发生情况。结果各组间患者年龄、性别、体重、麻醉时间、舒芬太尼用量等差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。在插管期，B组、C组的MAP、HR波动明显低于A组（P〈0．05）；在拔管期，B组与C组的血流动力学波动及减少术后咽痛的发生明显优于A组（P〈0．05），但C组血流动力学及术后咽痛不良反应发生明显低于B组（P〈0．05）。结论诱导前静注帕瑞昔布40mg有利于喉罩全麻手术患者插管与拔管期血流动力学平稳，并可有效预防术后咽痛等不良反应的发生。

The Effects of Flurbiprofen and Parecoxib on Preventing Postoperative Side Effects in Laryngeal Mask Airway General Anesthesia

Objective To compare the effects of flurbiprofen and parecoxib on preventing postoperative sore throat and restlessness in laryngeal mask airway general anestheaia.Methods Seventy-six patients undergoing selective operation of orthopedics with general anesthesia were randomly assigned to three groups.Group A（control group） was injected normal saline 10mL at 30min before induction;group B was injected flurbiprofen 1mg·kg-1 at 30min before induction;group C was injected parecoxib 40mg at 30min before induction.Compare the fluctuation of MAP, HR at the time of T0,T1,T2,and the side effects among the 3 groups.Results There is no statistic difference of age,sex,time of the operation,and the dosage of sulfentanyl among the groups（P 〉 0.05）. The hemodynamic fluctuation in group B and group C are apparently lower than group A during intubation.The hemodynamic fluctuation and the incidence of postoperative throatache in group B and group C are apparently lower than group A during extubation.There is statistic difference between the groups（P 〈 0.05）.But there is statistic difference between group B and group C during extubation.Conclusion Parecoxib axetil reduces hemodynamic fluctuation and the incidence of postoperative throatache in operations of orthopedics.
