早期鼻内镜手术干预治疗鼻骨骨折伴鼻中隔骨折

目的回顾分析鼻面部外伤后早期行鼻内镜下鼻骨骨折复位＋鼻中隔成形术的临床治疗效果，总结早期治疗鼻外伤的治疗经验。方法对71例鼻骨骨折伴鼻中隔骨折的患者早期行鼻内镜下手术治疗并统计临床治疗效果。结果术后61例患者无明显鼻塞，10例有轻度鼻塞，但较术前改善；术后60例患者对鼻外观满意。结论鼻骨骨折合并鼻中隔骨折，早期进行鼻内镜下手术干预，可以缩短病程，并取得较好的疗效，患者的鼻外观及鼻腔正常生理功能均能得到较好的改善。

Early Endoscopic Surgery Intervention in the Treatment of Nasal Bone Fracture with the Nasal Septum Fracture

Objective To evaluate the subjective improvement in the nasaltrauma patients undergoing the treatment of nasal bone reset and septoplasty.Methods We treated 71 nasal bone fracture with nasal septum fracture with nasal bone reset and septoplasty.Results 61 cases of postoperative patients were without obvious nasal obstruction,10 cases had mild nasal congestion,but compared with the preoperative improvement,60 postoperative patients were satisfied with nasal appearance.Conclusion In the nasal bone fracture complicated with nasal septum fracture,early endoscopic sergery can shorten the course of disease,and obtain better curative effect;Nasal appearance and the normal physiological function can be improved.
