济宁市农村乙肝感染情况及乙肝疫苗免疫效果调查

目的了解济宁市农村全人群乙肝感染情况及乙肝疫苗的免疫效果,为制订我市具体的乙肝防治措施提供科学依据。方法随机选择济宁市两村庄,按分层抽样的方法调查636人,并采集血标本,检测乙肝感染情况和抗体水平。结果济宁市农村乙型病毒性肝炎表面抗原携带率已降至较低水平(1.57%),乙肝表面抗体阳性率1～4岁年龄组(75.47%)高于5～14岁年龄组(59.09%),高于15～59岁年龄组(31.33%)。结论乙肝疫苗纳入免疫规划管理后大大提高了全市儿童人群乙肝表面抗体的阳性率,起到了很好的保护效果。

Investigation on the HBV infection status and hepatitis B vaccine immunity effect in countryside of Jining

Objective To understand the HBV infection situation and vaccine immunity effect in Jining countryside,and provide scientific evidences for building concrete prevention measures.Method Randomly selected 2 villages in Jining and investigated 636 persons according to stratified sampling method.Each person was collected blood sample,detected HBV infection situation and antibody level.Results HBsAg carrier ratio in Jining dropped to a comparatively low level(1.57%),the rate of anti-HBs(+) of 1 to 4 age group(75.47%) was higher than that of 5 to 14 age group(59.09%) and 15 to 59 age group(31.33%).Conclusions After HB vaccine combined into immunization program,Anti-HBs(+) rate among childhood rise dramatically which showed a very good protective effect.
