摘    要:目的探讨高压氧(HBO)治疗对高原脱习服症者血液流变学指标的影响。方法对驻守海拔5,000m以上地区1年的20名男性青年,在返回平原(海拔1,400m)第2天开始进行HBO治疗,连续治疗10d。治疗前后清晨采空腹静脉血检测全血黏度、全血还原黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞变形指数和红细胞压积(Hct)。结果HBO治疗后较治疗前全血黏度高切、中切、低切、全血高切还原黏度、全血低切还原黏度均降低,有显著性差异(P〈0.05),血浆黏度、全血高切相对指数、全血低切相对指数、红细胞变形指数、Hct降低,有非常显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结论HBO具有改善高原脱习服症者组织微循环及血液流变性的作用,使血液黏度下降,血流速度增加。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of hyperbaric oxygen on hemorheology of human de-adaptation to high altitude.Methods 20 young men living above 5,000m altitude for 1 year reveived hyperbaric oxygen treatment the second day return plain(1,400m altitude).Before and after treatment for 10 days the values of whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity,reduced viscosity, erythrocyte deformity index and hematocrit(Hct) were detected.Results After hyperbaric oxygen treatment,whole blood viscosity at high,medium and low shear rate,whole blood reduced viscosity at high and low shear rate reduced and have very significant differences(P〈 0.05),plasma viscosity, whole blood relative index at high and low shear rate,erythrocyte deformity index and Hct reduced and had very significant differences(P〈0.01).Conclusions Hyperbaric oxygen can improve micro-circle and hemorheology of human de-adaptation to high altitude,reduce blood viscosity and increase velocity of flow.
