| 摘 要： | 彩色多普勒超声与形态计分联合应用对卵巢癌有较好的预报价值。其诊断敏感性１００％，特异性９８．４％，阳性拟然比３２．２６，阴性拟然比为０。恶性肿瘤与良性肿瘤的彩超表现特点为：前者为高计分、低阻力；后者为低计分、高阻力。并以计分（ＭＳ）＞１０，阻力指数（ＲＩ）＜０．４６作为筛选恶性肿瘤的指标。

| Abstract: | Color flow Doppler (CFD) combined with morphologic scoring system(MS) have good predictlve value for diagnosis of ovarian cancer. The sensitivity was 100%, specificity was 98.4%, CLR was 62.9 and CR was zero. The individual CFD characteristics of the malignant and benign masses were different. It revealed high scoring, low blood flow resistance in the former and low scoring, high blood flow resistance in the latter. MS> 10 and RI<0. 46 could be used as the screening criteria for ovarian cancer. |
