| 摘 要： | 应用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪观察１０例狼疮性肾炎（ＳＬＮ），对肾血流频谱、肾血流动力学参数进行定量研究，这些参数包括：阻力指数ＲＩ，脉动指数ＰＩ，并与尿常规：尿蛋白异常，肾功能试验：内生肌酐清除率以及３例常规肾活检的结果进行统计分析。结果提示：１０例患者多普勒参数ＲＩ和ＰＩ均正常，与病理组织学结果和实验室检查结果进行相关分析，差异无显著性。表明彩色多普勒观察狼疮性肾炎无临床意义。

| Abstract: | We studied ten lupus nephritis patients with CDFI.The renal blood waveforms,Doppler parameters,resistive index and pulsatility index were all evaluated and compared with urinary protein and creatinine clearance,as well as with the biopsy specimens obtained from three patients.RI and PI were in normal range in all cases,without significant correlation to the histopathological or laboratory results. |
