| 摘 要： | 本文通过经手术证实的１２例胆道术后损伤病例的超声表现分析，认为超声检查对胆道术后损伤的诊断有明显的特异性和可靠性。结合病史能及时作出准确的诊断，是一种简便有效首选的检查方法。
