| 摘 要： | Ｂ超探查原发性高血压患者腹主动脉，发现腹主动脉粥样硬化斑块发病率平均为２４％。年龄越大，高血压病程越长，发病率越高。提示Ｂ超检查对及早发现腹主动脉粥样硬化斑块具有一定价值。

| Abstract: | hypertension patients' abdominal aorta were all examined by ultrasonography. All of them found to have atherosclerotic spots within. The longer the history of hypertension, the more the spots presented. It is valuable for early diagnosis of abdominal aorta atherosclerosis. |
