| 摘 要： | 本文总结了２６例性别畸形与性器官发育异常的声像图特征，其中真两性畸形４例，假两性畸形１５例，内生殖器发育异常７例。经染色体检查以及手术验证表明，超声探查不仅能通过判断性腺与内生殖器的存在与否、所在部位、发育情况以及形态特征帮助明确诊断，还可提供解剖学依据，对手术治疗的取向具有重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | This paper summarized the ultrasonic features of 26 Cases' intersex problems and abnormalities of the internal genitalia.According to the chromosome and post-operation findings,ultrasonography played a significant role in diagnosis and treatment of these problems based on the presence,site,developing status and structures of the sexual glands and internal genitalia. |
