新生儿颅内血管的彩色多普勒超声检测

应用彩色多普勒超声检测了２０例正常新生儿颅内动脉的解剖结构在血流动力学参数。首先，比较了新生儿颅内血管的探测径路。前囟径路能全面地析生儿颅内血管的解剖结构及彩色血特征，侧睡可获得新生儿双侧大脑中动脉，在脑前动脉，大脑后动态及效能支的彩色血流，获取血流动力学参数简便省时，多普勒取样角度小，准确。

Study of Intracranial Vessels of the Neonate by Color Doppler Ultrasound

Color Doppler ultrasound was employed to detect the anatomic structures and the blood flow parameters of 28 newborns'intracranial arteries.They are well showed by anterior and posterior fontanel and temporal approaches,through which one can display the anatomical structures,blood flow parameters of the bilateral MCA,ACA,PCA and their communication branches,MCA,ACA and PCA are moderate resistant type vessels with pulsating laminar flow and Doppler spectrum fillings.There were no significant differences in the peak systolic velocity,the end diastolic velocity,RI,PI and blood flow between bilateral internal cerebral arteries(P>0.05).
