| 摘 要： | 本文分析了６４例腹水患者的胆囊壁声像图特征。结果表明：良性腹水患者胆囊壁增厚，多呈双层或多层改变；恶性腹水患者胆囊壁一般呈单层回声，增厚或不增厚。文中探讨了产生这些改变的病理生理基础，并讨论了胆囊壁声像图改变在腹水性质诊断中的价值。

| Abstract: | The ultrasonographic studies of the gallbladder wall were engaged in 64 patients with ascites.three patterns A.B.C.were recognized:A,double-layered thickened wall,B,single-layered thickened wall,and C,non-thickened single-layered wall.Pattern A was found more frequently in patients with benign ascites,while patterns B and C were detected more frequently in patients with malignant ascites.Ultrasonography of the gallbladder wall due to different etiology was analysed. |
