摘    要:为了评价三维体元模型超声重建法定量左室容积的准确性,我们对7个左室模型和17只离体猪心进行了研究,并与二维法和超声心动图自动边缘检测技术比较。结果显示;三维体元模型超声重建法,二维法和超声心动图自动边缘检测技术测量的左室模型窖容积与实测值均3接近,但相关系数以三维法最高。

Abstract:Three-dimensional echocardiographic reconstruction with Voxel modeling (3D) is a new tech nique for evaluating cardiovascular morphology and function. In order to evaluate the accuracy of this technique in the quantitative measurement of left ventricular (LV) volume, we studied 7 LV phantoms and 17 porcine hearts with distorted LV. The Tomtec computerized system and Hewlett Packard multiplane transesophageal probe were used. The LV volume was calculated by 3D extract technique.The results were compared with the volume measured by two-dimensional echocardiographuy (2D) and automated border detection (ABD) tech niques. The study revealed that the LV phantom volume measured by 3D, 2D and ABD were correlated well with actual volume.The correlation between volume measured by 3D and actual volume (r=0.997, p<0.0001)was better than those of 2D and ABD (r=0.950 and 0.985 separately).Good correlation was also obtained between distorted LV volume measured by 3D and actual volume (r=0.98, p<0.0001).Both 2D and ABD techniques underestimated actual values (P<0.01), (r=0.93 and 0.89, p<0.0001). Conclusion: Three-dimensional echocardiographic reconstruction with Voxel modeling not only can demon strate the anatomy of the hearts, but also can accurately reconstruct LV volumes.It is superior to the two dimen sional echocardiography and ABD technique,especially in the calculation of volumes with distorted LV cavity.The techniques have potential in the measurement of LV wall mass, right ventricular volume and wall mass.
