房室平面移位评价高血压患者左室舒张功能

本文用超声心动图测量了年龄、性别相匹配的高血压病患者及正常人的房室平面移位幅度，并对其评价高血压病左室舒张功能的意义进行了探讨。结果显示，高血压病组左房收缩引起ＡＶ平面移位幅度大于正常组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；左室舒张期最大ＡＶ平面移位幅度明显小于正常组（Ｐ＜０．００１）；左房收缩引起ＡＶ平面移位幅度与左室舒张期最大ＡＶ平面移位幅度比值大于正常组（Ｐ＜０．００１），并与脉冲多普勒测量的二尖瓣下血流Ａ／Ｅ比值有良好相关（ｒ＝０．８１，Ｐ＜０．００１）。因此房室平面移位幅度可用于评价高血压患者左室舒张功能。

Assessment of Left Ventricular Diastolic Function in Hypertension Patients Using Atrioventricular Plane Displacement

The purpose of this study was to assess the left ventricular diastolic function in 34 hypertension patients with amplitude measurement of atrioventricular(AV)plane dispolacement by echocardioram.The results showed that:The AV plane displacement ampliude caused by left atrial contraction was higher in hypertension group than in normal group(p<0.01);the maximum AV plane displacement amplitude of left ventricle in diastole was lower in hypertension group than in normal grou(p<0.001);the ratio of the AV plane displacement amplitude caused by left atrial contraction with the maxmum AV plane displacement amplitude of left ventricle in diastole was larger in hypertension group than in normal grou(p<0.001),and in hypertension group,it showed a close correlation with A/E ratio of the A wave to the E wave in the Doppler velocity curve across the mitral valve(r=0.81,p<0.001).Therefore,the amplitude of AV plane displacement can be used to assess the left ventricular diastolic function.
