摘    要:本文研究目的应用多普勒获取右室收缩时间间期与超声心动图估测右室射血分数(RVEF)作相关分析。结果表明:应用多普勒获取PEP/RVET、Q-Vpeak、RVET/TR-d及校正Q-Vpeak、RVET/TR-d与超声心动图估测RVEF存在良好线性相关(r分别为-0.75,0.48,0.64,-0.57,0.58),因此多普勒获取上述指标可用于评价右室收缩功能。

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the accouracy of Doppler-derived systolic time in tervalas(DSTI)in assessing right ventricular systolic function.of 30 heart diseased patients and 10 normal sub jects.The results showed that the Doppler-derived PEP/RVET,RVET/TR-d Q-Vpeak, corrected RVEF/TR d and corrected Q-V peak had a liner correlation with right ventricular ejection fraction represented by echocar diographic four-chamber view single plane area-length,(r=-0.75, -0.48, 0.64,-0. 57, 0.58 respectively.)Therefore,DSTI is useful in evaluation of right ventricular systolic function.
