1275例住院新生儿的病种及死因分析

我院儿科1983年6月至1989年5月收治新生儿1275例,占同期儿科总住院病人数6744的19.1%,死亡57例,占同期儿科总死1274例的77%,其中新生儿早期(生后7天内)死亡48例,占新生儿总死亡数的85%。将本组与哈尔滨、青海、湖北、江苏、安徽等地新生儿住院主要病种与死因进行比较,发现本组死亡率低与病种较单纯、病情较轻有关。并对新生儿高胆红素血症、颅内出血、新生儿死亡病例的临床诊断与尸解结果进行对比分析与讨论。

Analyses of the Sorts of Disease and the Causes of Death in 1275 Neonatal Cases

A total of 1275 neonatus,which accounted for 19,1%of all the 6744 paediatrie in-patients,were admitted to our hospital from June,1983 to May, 1989.Among them,57 death cases were established,accounting for 77% of the total of 74 deaths in the same period;48 cases,accounting for 85%of the total neonatal deaths,occurred within 7 days after their birth.We co- mpared the sorts of disease and causes in this group with those in other provinces,such as Harbin,Qinhai,Hubei,Jiangsu,and Anhui.We disco- vered in this group a lower mortality,which was related to the simpler sorts and slighter conditions.Contrast analyses and discussions on Clinical diagnosis and autopsy of neonatal patients with heperbilirubinemia and int- raeranial hemnrrhage were carefully completed.
