布加综合征上消化道内镜表现

目的：探讨布加综合征患者上消化道的内镜表现。方法：回顾分析31例布加综合征患者胃镜检查结果及其临床资料，分析二者的关系。结果：患者临床上以门静脉、下腔静脉高压、淤血的症状为主要表现，肝功能损害相对较轻，按Child-Puggh分级，A级11例，B级16例，C级4例，内镜下主要表现为食道静脉曲张（84％）、胃、十二指肠黏膜充血发红（100％）、出血糜烂（84％）、Mosaic改变（39％）、胃、十二指肠浅表或霜降样溃疡（32％），其中，mosaic改变在门静脉内径增宽的患者中显著高于不增宽者，而胃、十二指肠溃疡则只见于肝功能B、C级病人。结论：食道静脉曲张、胃黏膜充血发红、出血糜烂及osaic改变是布加综合征上消化道内镜的主要表现。

Endoscopic Features of Budd-chiari Syndrome

Objective:To study the gastroscopic features of Budd-Chiari syndrome.Methods:The clinic and gastroscopic materials of 31 patients with Budd-Chiari syndrome since 1991 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Clinic presentation of tho patients was caused by extravasated blood in portal and inferior vena cava. the damage of liver function was mild relatively. There were 11 case in Child-Pugh degree A, 16 case in degree B, 4 case in degree C.The gastroscopic appearances were mainly esophageal varices(84%), gastroduodenal mucosal congestion(100%), heamorrhagic erosive (84%), Mosaic change(39%), gastroduodenal surperficial ulcer(32%). Mosaic change could more frequentliy be seen in patients whose inferior veca cava internal diameter were extended. Gastroduodenal ulcer were seen only in child degree B and C, none in degree A.Conclusions:The esophageal varices, gastroduodenal mucosal congestion, erosive and mosaic change were the important endoscopic features in Budd-Chiari syndrome.
