重组链激酶治疗急性心肌梗死的疗效和安全性

摘    要:目的 探讨老年急性心肌梗死患者接受重组链激酶溶栓治疗的疗效和安全性。方法  2 5 5例急性心肌梗死患者分为老年组 (15 7例 )和非老年组 (98例 ) ,分别对两组的临床疗效进行比较。结果 非老年组与老年组比较 ,其梗死相关血管再通率 (81.6 %vs79.0 % )、梗死后心绞痛 (8.2 %vs7.6 % )、再梗死 (2 .0 %vs3.2 % )、严重心律失常(11.2 %vs10 .8% )、心源性休克 (5 .1%vs5 .1% )、出血 (2 3.5 %vs2 1.7% )及其他并发症的发生率均无显著性差异(P >0 .0 5 )。结论 老年急性心肌梗死接受重组链激酶溶栓治疗是安全、有效的。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of thrombolytic therapy with intravenous recombinant streptokinase (r-SK) in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods Two hundred and fifty-five patients with AMI were divided into elderly group(157 cases) and non-elderly group(98 cases), Their clinical efficacy was analysed respectively.Results The reperfusion rate was 81.6% in non-elderly group and 79.0% in elderly group, There were no significant differences in post-infarction angina(8.2% vs 7.6%), re-infarction(2.0% vs 3.2%), severe arrthymia(11.2% vs 10.8), cardiogenic shock( 5.1% vs 5.1 ),mortality(5.1% vs 8.9%) and hemorrhage incidence (23.5% vs 21.7%)between non-elderly patients and elderly patients(P>0.05).Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat elderly AMI patients with intravenous r-SK thrombolytic therapy.
