| 摘 要： | 目的:建立医院制剂妇舒乐洗剂中有效成分蛇床子素的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件:色谱柱:Kromasil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);以乙腈—水=65:35为流动相;检测波长:322nm;流速:1.0ml/min。柱温:室温;进样体积:10μL。结果:本法可用来测定妇舒乐洗剂中蛇床子素的含量。蛇床子素在0.2016μg～1.0080μg范围内成良好线性关系,回收率为101.23%。结论:本测定方法简便可行、重复性好,可用于本制剂中有效成分蛇床子素的含量测定。

| Abstract: | To determine the concents of osthole in Fu Shu-le composition.Methods:The HPLC method was established for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in Fu Shu-le composition. The column is Kromasil C18(4.6mm×250mm, 5μm),mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water=65:35,column tempreture ,and the flow rare is 1.0ml/min.The detection wavelength is 322nm.Results:A better linearity is obtained form 0.2016 μg～1.0080 μg of osthole ,with a good correlation coefficient.The average recovery of osthole was 100.23%. The method has good precision.Conclusion:This method is simple,and quick,it can be used as quality control in Fu Shu-le composition. |
