氧化镁粉尘对肺部损害的实验研究

摘    要:用不同剂量(100mg,50mg)镁尘注入大鼠肺内,在光镜及扫描电子显微镜下观察了染尘动物肺内的病理改变和立体超微结构的病变特点。结果发现,该粉尘可引起粉尘灶,Ⅰ型肺泡上皮细胞损伤,Ⅱ型细胞的增生,肺泡结构的破坏,肺气肿,呼吸道炎症和肺间质纤维化。100mg剂量组的病理变化比50mg组更为明显。作者认为,镁矿尘不是惰性粉尘,并提出应注意镁矿尘的职业危害以保护工人健康。

Abstract:After intracheal injection of magnesitc dust of different closes(100mg,50mg) into lungs of rats, the pathological changes and ultrastructural features were observed by light microscope and scanning electron microscope. Dust foci, injuries of type I alveolar epithelial cells and proliferation of type II cells, damages of alveolar structure, emphysema, inflammation of airptssages and pulmonary interstitial fibrosis were found in the lungs of rats. The lesions observed in group of 100mg doses was more apparent than that in group of 50mg doses. The authors consider that magnesite is not an inert dust and suggest that attention has to be paid to occupational hazards of magnesite dusts in order to safeguard the health of workers.
