摘    要:目的:探讨病案教学的实施方法及意义。方法:提出案例库的建立途径,分析了病案教学在生理学教学中不同方式应用时的准备、组织和实施过程。结果:病案教学在教学过程中可体现激发学生兴趣、调动学习主动性和积极性、培养临床思维能力等优势。结论:病案教学是一种将理论知识与临床案例紧密联系的有效教学方式。

Application of case teaching methods in teaching practice of physiology

Abstract:Objective: To explore the methods and meanings of case teaching applied to the classes of physiology.Methods: Construction channels of case library were provided,meanwhile the process of preparation,organization and practice were analyzed and the case teaching was applied to the classes of physiology by different ways.Results: Case teaching methods may stimulate students' interest,promote students' activeness and positivity,cultivate students' clinical thinking,etc.Conclusion: The case teaching method is an effective teaching method, which closely relates theoretical knowledge with clinical cases.
