奉化市阑尾炎病人血吸虫病监测结果分析

目的：分析阑尾切片检查血吸虫卵在血吸虫病监测的效果。方法：将外科切除的阑尾进行病理切片，镜检血吸虫卵。对阳性者进行个案调查、体检、实验室检查、诊断和分析。结果：发现36人有血吸虫钙化虫卵，其中26人为首次发现的血吸虫感染者。36人感染疫源清楚，无新疫区发现，血吸虫病查病查漏率高，轻度感染是查漏主要原因之一。结论：阑尾病理切片检查血吸虫卵，阳性者进行个案调查，是血防监测中一种简单有效的方法，虽敏感性差，但在一定条件下对血吸虫病流行有确定作用。

Results of surveillance of schistosomiasis by detection of schistosome eggs from appendicitis patients in Fenghua City

Objective To analyze the results of detection of schistosome eggs from the sections of appendicitis patients for surveillance of schistosomiasis. Methods Microscopy examination of pathological sections of appendicitis patients for schistosome eggs were performed and the positives were individually surveyed by check-up and laboratory test for making diagnosis and analysis. Results Calcified schistosome eggs were detected in 36 patients including 26 new infections. The 36 cases are in the previous infectious foci. The missing rate of examination of schistosomiasis is high due to light infections. Conclusion Detection of schistosome eggs from pathological sections and individual survey of positives are the simple and effective ways in surveillance of schistosomiasis, which are useful for ascertaining the prevalence of schistosomiasis.
