Abstract:Abstract: Idiopathic facial aseptic granuloma is a chronic, benign, and painless facial nodule occurring exclusively in childhood. Its pathogenesis is unclear, although some interesting hypotheses have been advanced. On the basis of the relationship existing between this disease and recurrent chalazions and conjunctivitis, we hypothesize that it could be considered to be a possible marker of childhood rosacea.
