东川芎对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

[目的]探讨东川芎对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用.[方法]将Wistar大鼠随机分为5个组,即假手术组、缺血再灌注模型组、东川芎小剂量组(8.1 g/kg),东川芎大剂量组(16.2 g/kg)及丹参药物组(13.5 g/kg).采用线栓法建立大脑中动脉可逆性脑缺血再灌注模型,检测神经功能缺损程度和脑组织含水量.[结果]与模型组比较,东川芎大剂量组脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的神经行为状态明显改善,脑组织含水量明显降低.[结论]东川芎可减轻大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤程度,对脑组织有一定的保护作用.

Protective effects of the Cnidlum offcinale Makino on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats

OBJECTIVE To explore the protective effects of the Cnidlum offcinale Makino(COM) on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.METHODSWistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: sham operated group,ischemia-reperfusion group,small dosage group of the COM(8.1g/kg),large dosage group of the COM(16.2g/kg) and the salvia miltiorrhiza group(13.5g/kg).The cerebral ischemia reperfusion model of the reversible middle cerebral artery was made by the thread epistom method,and the extent of neurologic impairment and the water content of cerebral tissue were measured.RESULTSAs compared with model group,the neural behavior conditions of cerebral infarction of ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats was significantly reduced in the large dosage group of the COM.CONCLUSIONThe COM can lessen the injury extent in rats of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in the cerebral tissue and has some of protective effects.
