摘    要:目的测定125I标记前后的基因重组葡萄球菌激酶(r-Sak)活性.方法采用抑菌圈原理,建立纤维蛋白平板溶纤法.结果在0.625~10 mg·L-1浓度范围线性良好(r=0.997),125I标记后r-Sak为标记前的81.1%.结论该方法简便准确,操作方便.

Abstract:Aim To determine 125I r-Sak activity.Methods Using theory of inhibit germ circle,building plate of solution fiber protein, the activity of r-Sak before and after 125I marked was tested.Results The method proved to be linear(r=0.997), r-Sak activity of after 125I marked was 81.1% of before. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate.
