| 摘 要： | 目前出现的医患关系紧张问题是我国当前较为严重的社会问题之一,其实质就是医患之间的文化冲突。通过对医患文化概念的阐述,分析了出现医患文化冲突的原因,并从医患双方认知交往、情感沟通、伦理修养、心理调适四个方面提出了跨越医患文化冲突、构建和谐医患关系的一些思考。

| Abstract: | At present,the tensional relationship between doctors and patients has become one of serious social problems in our country.The essence of the problem lies in the culture conflicts between doctors and patients.Authors of this article introeuce the definition of physician-patient culture,analyze the reasons for culture conflicts,and suggest the ways for striding over the culture conflicts and forming a harmonious physician-patient relationship from the perspectives of cognition,sentiment,psychology and ethics. |
