医学生临床实习岗前培训需求调查分析

目的 了解医学生对实习岗前培训的临床需求,探索岗前培训的主要内容.方法 随机选取130名2012年临床医学实习生培训前后进行问卷调查岗前培训的需求和内容,结果采用 SPSS15.0软件进行统计分析.结果 医学生岗前培训需求培训前后比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.001）.岗前培训内容培训前后比较,医疗法规差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,医疗安全差异有统计学意义（P＜0.001）,职业道德、医疗技术差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论 医学生临床实习岗前培训非常需要,但需要进一步系统化与规范化研究.

Clinical practice of medical students pre-job training needs survey and analysis

Objective To understand the pre-job training of medical students to clinical demand, explore the main con- tents of pre-job training. Methods Randomly selected 130 2012 clinical medical intern training before and after the questionnaire pre-job training needs and content, were analysed by SPSS15.0. Results Medical students pre-job training needs before and af- ter comparison, the difference has statistical significance （P 〈 0. 001 ）. Comparison of contents of pre-job training before and after training, medical laws and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, medical safety difference is very significant （P 〈 0. 001 ）, occupation ethics, medical technology, there were no significant differences between them （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Medical students clinical practice training is needed, but the need for further systematic and standardized research.
